Refund policy

If you receive an item and would like to return or exchange it for any reason, you can do so by sending us a message on our facebook page: www.facebook.com/leenhomewear or through our email digital@leenhomewear.com or through our phone (+20) 1023455611 within 7 days from receiving the order.

* If you received an item and decided to return or exchange it within 7 days, you will be charged for return/exchange shipping fees based on your city and the rest of the money will be refunded to you.

* Return and Exchanges shipping are within 4-7 working days as like the normal order.

* If there is something wrong with any item do not worry; we will exchange the item without any fees.
